Creating a User Feedback Form for a Zoom Session

Friends, today we are going to learn how to create a user feedback form for a Zoom session or a webinar. To create the content of the feedback form, we will be using ChatGPT and later on, you will use Google Forms to generate the actual form. First, open the ChatGPT window and put a prompt to create a user feedback form for the Zoom session. Suppose we have taken a session on live coaching using NLP. Now, copy the content from ChatGPT and create a Google Form. Go to your Gmail and click on the nine dots in the top right corner. Then, click on Google Apps and select Google Drive. In Google Drive, click on the Plus icon and select Google Form. Put a title and description for the form. Thank the participants for attending the session and ask them to share their feedback. Add multiple choice questions for rating the session, the relevance of the content, and the facilitator’s knowledge and presentation skills. Include a short answer question for participants to share what they liked most about the session. Also, add a question for suggestions on improving the session. Finally, include a question on the likelihood of recommending the session to others. Once the form is complete, you can share it via email or generate a link to share through WhatsApp. Participants can fill out the form and their responses will be captured in a Google Sheet.
